These Terms govern your use of FlowRunner, a macOS application distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Placeholder boilerplate is included where your final legal specifics belong — replace bracketed items before publishing.
1. License
Subject to these Terms and Apple's [Licensed Application End User License Agreement], we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FlowRunner on Apple-branded devices you own or control. This license is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Purchases & pricing
FlowRunner is free to download and use with one active workflow. The Pro features are a one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 (USD; local pricing may vary). This is a one-time unlock — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. If a purchase is refunded, your workflows and data remain intact; only the paid features (unlimited active workflows, export & import, and the Run-a-Command step) re-lock.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the workflows you build and run and for the content you process with them. You agree not to use FlowRunner to:
- ·Violate any law or third-party rights
- ·Process data you don't have the right to access
- ·Run system commands that damage your system or others'
The Run-a-Command step always shows an explicit safety prompt before executing. You are solely responsible for any command you approve.
4. AI output
FlowRunner generates output using language models, which can be inaccurate or incomplete. Output is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before you rely on it. If you enable optional cloud AI, your use of that provider is also subject to [the provider's terms].
5. Disclaimer of warranties
FlowRunner is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. [Insert jurisdiction-specific language.]
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of FlowRunner. [Insert liability cap consistent with applicable law.]
7. Apple App Store terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for FlowRunner. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
